DEATH OF THE EMPEROR OF CHINA.

Peking, November 14. The Emperor of China, is reported to be dying. He has been transferred to the death chamber. Edicts have been issued appointing Prince Chun as regent ad interim, and the Emperor’s sen, Pu-Yi, as heir-presumptive. Peking, November 15. Palace reports state that the Emperor of China died on the night of November 10, but it is officially stated that he died yesterday afternoon. The Board of Foreign Affairs announces that the Dowager Empress is mortally ill. Sydney, November 16. Private cables received by the Chinese Reform party in Sydney from China allege that the Emperor was murderously attacked some days ago and succumbed. Yuan-Shi-Kai is said to be implicated.
