NO-LICENSE IN INVERCARGILL

iNVKRCARGiLh, October 26.

At a meeting of the Invercargill Ministers’ Association this week, it was unanimously resolved to place on record their conviction, based on extended observation, that the effects of No-License in Invercargill since its inauguration have been decidedly beneficial to the community as a whole. “ The moral benefits are indisputably great,’ ’ stated the resolution, “ and of the evil results with regard to business freely predicted by our opponents, there is no trace. We have therefore no hesitation in strongly recommending this salutory reform.”
