BELLRINGERS AND BALLY HOOLY BOYS.
Our readers will notice the programme in this issue of the; concerts to be given by the Bellringers and Bally Hooly Boys, on November 3rd and 4th iust The concerts are on totally different lines to any previously given in Foxton ; the performers do not leave the stage from start to finish. Those who witnessed the last performance by the Bally Hooly Boys will remember the furore they created by their artistic sketch “The Monte Carlo Boys,” and this time they are determined to put on even better and more varied sketches. It is impossible to mention many items where all are so good, but “ Jolly good luck to the girl who loves a soldier,” in georgeous costumes, “The Telephone Song,” and “Regimental Pet” from Humpty Dumpty, “ The Dewdrop Inn,” and others will be sure to bring down the house. The management have engaged the services of Miss Daphne Mumford, one of Palmerston’s foremost contraltos, at considerable expense, and no doubt her singing will be a revelation to lovers of the vocal art. As last time all 3s and 2s seats were filled at 10 miuutes to 8 o’clock, we advise patrons to book early to save disappointment. Box plan at Devetts.
