High Commissioner’s Report.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows :
Hemp market dull, very little business doing; spot good fair, £26 ; fair, £23 ; fair current Manila, £2+. Oclober-December shipment good fair, £25 15s; fair, £23 ; fair current Manila, Last week's output from Manila 18,000 bales.
