High Commissioner’s Report.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : Hemp market dull, poor business has been done, spot good fair, £26 ; fair ,£23 ; fair current Manila, ,£23 10s; October-December shipments, good fair, £25 15s ; Jfair ,£22 15s; fair current Manila, ,£23 10s. Last week’s Manila output, 26,000 bales.
