High Commissioner’s Report.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows: — Hemp market closes weak with lower tendency in prices; spot good fair £27 ; fair £23 ; fair current Manila, 10s; October-Decem-ber shipments good fair .£25 15s ; fair £23 ; fair current Manila 10s; last week’s Manila output 12000 bales.
