COMPENSATION CASE.
Mrs Cameron v. 0. E. Austin. The above ca«e was commenced at the Palmerston sitting of the Arbitration Court, before Judge Simm and Messrs Brown and McCulloch, this morning. Mrs Cameron (Mr P, J. O’Regan) claimed from O. E. Austin (Mr Brown) the sum of compensation through the death of her husband, while in defendant’s employ. Evidence for the claimant was given by Mrs Cameron, DrMandl, C. Saville, Drummond, J. Collins, and A, Clark. The case is proceeding as we go to press.
