THE ROYAL PICTURES.
A nine months’ season should be a sufficient guarantee of the merit of any public entertainment. This is the record of the Royal Pictures, which are still running at His Majesty’s Theatre in Wellington. On the new circuit which has been established in this district, they should also receive liberal patronage, lor the management intend to present the same programmes which are shown in the city. The opening bill for Monday night at the Public Hall is said to contain some exceptional biographic studies. One of the pictures is claimed as the best sensational film shown in Wellington. The newspapers of the Empire City were enthusiastic in their remarks on this picture. It is the intention of the management to present only the best, and thus make the Royal Pictures the rendezvous of the pictures-loving public. Amazing and startling pictorial novelties aie to be presented. The box plan for the first performance in Foxton is open at Eevett’s.
