The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows: Hemp market very dull; stock in London 228 tons; spot good fair £26 ; fair, 10s ; fair current Manila, £22 ; August October shipments good fair, £2s 10s; fair, 21 os ; fair current Manila £2 ll os ; last week’s Manila output 21,000 bales.
