Wellington, August 2. William Hannah, aged 73, messenger at the Parliament Buildings, was walking in his sleep at his lodgings last night and fell from bis upstairs window. He was discovered by fellow boarders, a doctor was summoned and Hannah was taken to the hospital, but it is understood his injuries are not very serious.
