BARGAIN SALE AT WATCHOBN, STILES AND CO
To-day marks the close of the first week of Messrs Watchorn, Stiles and Co.’s sale. To say that it has been a week of surprises to hundreds of customers is to put the case mildly. The fact that goods can be sold at such prices is sufficient reason why business should not go out of the place; and customers have been loud in their praise of the genuineness of this sale. Customers will do well to go very strong next week, as the sale cannot be continued much longer. A special feature of next week’s sale will be the slaughter of about 40 pieces of pink flannelette, which the firm arc overstocked in. The prices of these goods will be made lower than hag ever been offered before, viz., from 2/1 x dozen yards—Adyt.
