Wool.—Only a few lots of medium crutchings offered, which sold at sX’d P er Skins. —Were in keen demand, and sold in advance of last sale rales. Half wools 4d per lb, pelted 2}4d to 3d per lb, lambs 4d to 4)4 p per lb, dead hoggets 3d to 3)4d, damaged pelts i)4d to 2)4d, half dead 3d to 3>4'd, butchers’ part dry and green skins 2s 6d, 2s Sd, 2s rid, 3s 2d, 3s sd, 3s yd, to 4s id each; lambs 2s id to 3s 3d each. Hides.—Heavy and medium ox declined fid per lb on last sale rates, cows’ sold well at late rates; medium ox s%d, half light cows’ best lots s%d, others y/A to 3%c1, yearlings to y/\.d, calf skins to 5 Mid per lb. Tallow.— ln tins 7s gd, bones 2s gd, Crutchings : —We have to report that there is a decided improvement on late rates. We think there will now be a good demand for them, and would advise you to get your crutchings in for sale as soon as possible. Prices are from 3d to 4d per lb for good qualities of good length, bright, free and light in condition, and we hope that these prices will continue. Please advise when you are forwarding consignment, next sale, the 24th July, 1908.
