WATCHOEN, STILES AND CO. SPECIAL BARGAINS. In our advertising columns will be seen a few special lines, together with many other bargains, which are being cleared out while the firm is getting ready for stock-taking. There are a certain class of goods which must go, despite the loss entailed, rather than be carried over. It would pay our readers to make regular visits to see what goods are being thrown out. After the stocktaking is completed, the half-yearly sale will take place. This event is always looked forward to in the district, as the firm during this period cut the prices very severely, and as is well known, no shoddy goods find a home in the store.— Advt.
