Foxion Sub-Union.

A meeting of the Foxton SubUnion* was held in Whyte’s Hotel last night. Present : —Messrs Robinson, (Chairman); Cook, Hynes, Reid, Whibley and Wanklyn (Secretary). The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed A letter was read from the Secretary, of the Rbngotea Football Club agreeing to enter a team for the Senior competition provided that a match at Rongotea was arranged for Saturday, June 20. On the motion of Mr Hynes, seconded by Mr Cook, it was decided to accept the Rongotea Club’s application, and also to send a team picked from the Albion and Awahou Clubs to play there on Saturday. The drawing up of fixtures was left over until next meeting.
