A MEETING of Ratepayers of the Moutoa Drainage District will be held at the Council Chambers, Foxton, on Wednesday, the 17th June, at 7.30 p.m., when the following proposal will be submitted, viz.—■ That for the purpose of constructing an overflow channel 1 from the Karikari drain to the Diagonal drain, thence to the Government drain, and along that drain to the Manawatu River. Such rate to be an annual recurring rate during the currency of the loan.
