AUCTION REPORT.

Percy M. Page reports a fair attendance of buyers at the Auction Mart on Saturday last, but business was confined principally to produce lines, which met with read sale at the following prices : Potatoes, gs cwt ; onions gs cwt, /* (smaller duantitiesij£d lb); pumpkins, 6s cwt; table swedes 5s 6d cwt; carrots 4d per bundle ; cooking apples 8s per case, (smaller quantities 2*4d lb). A consignment of Stewart Island oysters met with ready sale at 6d per dozen. Constant enquiries are being made tor cabbage plants etc., fowls and ducks in any quantity, pumpkins and all vegetable lines.
