ROWING CLUB.
A meeting of the committee of the Manawatu Rowing Club was held in Mr Rough's office last night. Present : Messrs Gower (chairman), Rough, Gordon and , Whibley. Owing to the New .' Zealand Shipping Company’s shed * * not being available on the dates originally fixed for the bazaar, it was decided to postpone same in- : d efinitely. Several other minor, : matters in connection with the bazaar were also discussed, and all . arrangements are now well in hand, and the function will take 1 place immediately the . shed is /■ available.
