London, February 26. Count Paul Wolff-Metternich, Ambassador to Britain, was yesterday the guest of the London Chamber of Commerce at a dinner. Responding to the toast of his health, the Count said there was no skeleton in the cupboard standing between Great Britiau and Germany. The good relations between the two countries, he declared, formed a stronger protection than armies or fleets.
