THE WINDMILL.

To the Editor. Sir, —As one who is benefiting by the supply of water from the windmill, I should like to know if anything can be clone to stop the boys of the neighbourhood from mischievously wasting it? Boys will be boys, we know, but these boys, when remonstrated with, coolly inform us that their tanks have plenty of water in. We are not all in that fortunate position, and there are others in this town as well as myself, who will miss the water when the well runs dry. Will somebody in authority kindly, look after these boys, please, for the sake of those who are Careful.
