WEDDING.
WALKER—COLEY,
A quiet wedding was celebrated yesterday at the residence of Mr H. Coley,{when William, third son of our esteemed tradesman, Mr M. H. Walker, was united to’Ethel Olive, fifth daughter of Mr Henry Coley, one of Foxton’s best known residents. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. J. Southern. Misses May Walker and May Coley officiated as bridesmaids and Mr James Walker, brother of bridegroom carried out the duties of best man.. The dresses of the bride and maids were very pretty and becoming. After the. ceremony the relatives of the contracting parties were entertained at a sumptuous breakfast when the usual toasts and felicitous speeches were made. Mr and Mrs Walker are both natives of Foxton where they intend to continue their residence. The Herald joins in wishing them long life, health and happiness.
