DROWNING FATALITY.
By Telegraph—Special to Herald. M angawhea, This Afternoon. A young man named William Bailey was drowned while bathing in the Rangitikei River this morning. His parents are supposed to live in the South Island. The body was pluckily recovered by the Rev. Gunn, after being in the river for two hours.
