The Chairman of the Wanganui Education Boaid has approved of the following scolarships: Senior: G. Tappin, Kiwitea, at the Feilding District High School, .£4O ; J. E. Davie, Eketahuna, at the Wanganui Collegiate School, ,£4O ; E. J. Wilton, at the Wanganui Girls’ College, £2l ; E. E. Harrison, at the Wanganui Girls’ College, £2l ;A.B. R. Mossman, Marton, at the Nelson College, ,£4O ; L. Crabb, Kimbolton, at the Girls’ College, Junior (additional) : J. B. Thorp, Queen’s Park, £23 10s ; E. E. West, Palmerston High School, £lO. The question of awarding a scholarship to C. V. Day, now at New Plymouth, is held over, pending enquiries.
