THE above Council has by Special Order dated this 16th day of December, 1907, made by-laws for the : licensing, regulation, and control of Billiard Saloons and Dodging-Houses. Regulating and controlling the conduct of business at Council meetings. Providing against spreading “of fires in Main Street by erection of brick walls, and regulating the lighting of fires in the open air. A meeting of the Foxton Borough Council to confirm the above Special Orders will be held on Monday 13th January, 1908. Details of the above can be seen at the Council office during office hours.
