HE above Council has by Special Order dated this 16th day of December, 19071 made by-laws for the : Licensing, regulation, and control of Billiard Saloons and Lodging-Houses. Regulating and controlling the conduct of business at Council meetings. Providing against spreading of fires in Main Street by erection of brick walls, and regulating the lighting of fires in the open air.
