Nye, 12s 6d, by default, costs xos; L,. W; Wilson v. Tere Wi, claim £6 2s yd, by default, costs 30s ; Stevens, Easton, and Austin (Mr Reade) v. W. Moffat, claim 16s, by default, costs £2 14s; M. H. Walker v. C. Spiers, claim 17s 2d, by default, costs 8s ; same v. Thomas Robb, claim £8 xos 6d, costs xxs ; Borough Council v. S. T. Saville (rates) xxs, costs 5s ; A. E. Shadbolt v. F. Charles, claim 4s 6d, no appearance of debtor, ordered to pay forthwith, in default three, weeks’ imprisonment, order to be suspended so long as debtor pays 30s per month; J. Starck v- A.
