ACCEPTANCES for First Day and ENTRIES for Trial Hack Race [First Day] mid Maiden Hack Scurry [Second Day] close on'WEDNESDAY, January 15th, 1908. at 9 pm. WEIGHTS for Second Da y's Races will be declared on WEDNESDAY, 22nd January, at about 8 p.m. Acceptances close same evening at 9.30 p.m, PENALTIES—FIat Races. The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of Kllbs, and of any additional race a further penalty of 71bs. Horses handicapped at Bst 101 b or over to carry half the above penalties.
