NIGHTCAPS DISASTER.

Charge of Manslaughter. Invkrcakgill, Nov. 28. John Lloyd, raangager of the Nightcaps mine, was charged today that ‘‘on June 21, 1907, he committed manslaughter by culpably causing the death ot William Duncan, William Short Carson, and Patrick Welsh, being an indictable offence.” The Crown Prosecutor, in opening the case, reviewed the evidence alrealy covered in .previous proceedings, and called witnesses, whose depositions were substantially the same as those already given. The case is unfinished.
