Eondon, November 12. Ferrari, alias Miller, a partner with Charles Smith, and Chicago May, of Guerin case Ifame, has been sentenced to five years’ penal servitude on a charge of burglary. Thereafter he will be deported to Italy. Smith used Ferrari’s revolver to shoot Guerin. Melbourne, Nov. 13.
