THE GERMAN SCANDAL.
Berlin, November 4. The military Courts of Honour have closed their doors to iuvestU gate the offences alleged against* Prince Enlenburg, Count Lymfr and other high-titled officers. There is universal astonishment in Berlin at the public prosecutor’s invention in the Moltke-Tlardcn case, in which he removed the case to a higher Court to be tried before Judges. This is attributed to the Kaiser’s orders.
