THE GUESSING COMPETITIONS.
Details in connection with the weight-ggessing competition at the Spring Show are now availabe. Thev are as follows :
Bullock, correct weight 8371 b, Miss Strang (Gladstone) and Messrs R. J. Tay Gray (Bulls), E. Woods (Palmerston North) and J. A. Mitchell (Eougburn) divide the first prize of £s. Second prize of £2 is divided by Messrs G. Chamberliain and J. D. Anderson, each of Eongburn, and A. „Howe (Kairanga), who each guessed lb. The weight of the sheep was 228k(lbs. First prize of £5 was divided between Messrs I. Dixon (Te Horo) and G. Moffatt (Bulls), who guessed 2281b5. The second przie of £2 was divided between F, Thompson, of Devin (227>21b5), and H. Swindley and E. C. Thomas (both of Te Horo), who each guessed aaglbs.
