Acceptances close on ground, thirty minutes before advertised time of starting- qach event. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Cycling events run under League of N.Z. Wheelman’s Rules. Other events run under rules of N.Z. Athletic Union. No nomination will be accepted on any account 'withdnt proper Entrance fees, and statement of all public performances for past two years (matches included) ; if not nuv, the last five performances to be given. All competitors must be on their marks at the appointed time for each event, and anyone not answering to the starter’s call may be disqualified.
