LEVIN AND CO. V. FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL In the Wellington Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, Dr McArthur gave judgment in the case of Levin and Co. (Mr Gully) v. The Borough Corporation of Foxton (Mr C. P. Skerrett, K.C.).
