The Arena of History. Sydney, July 18. Professor Brown, j of New Zealand, in course of a lecture at the University here, declared that Australia had no need to fear Japanese aggression, as Japan had never adopted an aggresiva policy. The Pacific would be the arena of history, because the largest unexploited labour quarry in. the world existed on the coast of Asia. The Professor advanced the theory that the difficulty regarding the development of tropical Australia would be overcome by the evolution of a new race, which would be a coloured race.
