St Petersburg, July 8. Six bombs were thrown in Basilarwat, Transcapia, at the two highest police officials, one of whom was killed. Melbourne, July 9. M. Walderaar Sax, who hails from Sibesia, addressing a Socialist meetihg, characterised the Gov-ernor-General as a thief, murderer, and loafer. Detectives, police officials, and other officials in authority were also condemned as loafers. The speaker declared that he came from Russia to help the people of Australia. For his verbal outburst he elected to go to goal instead otpajdngthe fine imposed.
