Before Ai D. Thompson, Esq., S.M. The following civil cases were dealt with by the S. M. at yesterday’s sit ting of the Court at Foxton. Judgment by default in the following cases: P. Hennessy v. G. Millen, claim £2B 10s, costs £1 3s ; J. A. Nash and Co. v. Cook and Stevenson, £l4 13s 4d, costs £1 3s 6d ; G. Gray v. Steve Butler, £4 12s, costs ss, 0. Cook v. F. Eobinson, £l, costs 11s ; E. Moore v. J. McGregor, £7 3s 4d. costs £llls 6d; A. E. Osborne v. J. Benge £1 7s 6d, costs 65,; S. Mason v. T. Brown, claim £1 11s, judgment for £1 Is cosis 7s ; Bessie Smith v. T. O'Brien, claim £2 11s, judgment for £2 Is 6d; costs ss. In the judgment case Henry Donaldson v. Ernest Dunn, defendant was ordered to pay by instalments of 10s per month, first payment to be made August Ist.
