THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,’’the Foxton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: , Whereas Gauis Brewer, owner of part section number 161 in the Borough of Foxton has made a private street 66 feet wide through the said part of section 161, connecting and joining with Johnston Street; and whereas the said Gauis Brewer has fulfilled the requirements of the Foxton Borough Council and, “The Municipal Corporation Act, 1906.’’ Now this Council declares by this Special Order that Frances Street is a public street in the meaning of the above Act, and thereby becomes a street vested in the Foxton Borough Council.
