UNREST IN IRELAND.

Galway Magistrate to be Prosecuted. London, June 19. In the House of Commons, Mr Birrell, Chief Secretary lor Ireland, in reply to a question, announced that it was intended to prosecute Mr P. Kelly, the Irish Magistrate, iu connection with his recent speech in Galway. Mr Kelly's remarks were to the effect that- if Lord Ashtowu, a local landlord who is under constant strict police protection, lived at Killaue or Loughrea (Galway), he would have been -on a stretcher long ago, the same as John Blake, who was shot dead in 1883. The Magistrate added that the men of Woodlawn lacked the courage and manliness to treat Lord Ashtown as he should be treated.
