I JOHN ERNEST HALL, of Foxton, being the holder 5 of a publican’s license in respect of the licensed house and premises situate at Main Street, Foxton, and known by the sign of Whyte’s Hotel, do hereby give notice that I desire to obtain, and will, at the next licensing meeting to be holden at the Magistrate’s Court, Marton, on the 6th day of June, 1907, apply for a transfer of the said license from myself to WILLIAM JOSEPH WHITE, my appointee.
