London May 9

The Sinnefeim ( “ Ourselves Alone”) party contemptuously rejects Mr Birrell’s Bill. The Unionists in Great Britain are organising a mass meeting against the Bill. Mr Timothy Healey, interviewed, declared that none o the Dublin Castle Boards had beenf transferred to the Administrative Council. The Bill was an effort to transfer to' Irish shoulders Bugland’s difficulties. The measure was utterly mischevious and objectionable from'both the English and Irish points of view'.
