NAVIGATION CONFERENCE.
London, April 30, Sir William Lyne and Mr W. M. Hughes regard the result of the Navigation Conference as being eminently satisfactory. Sir William Lyne says the decisions pave the way to legislation guaranteeing that Australia shall be a white man’s country on sea and land.
