EASTERN NEWS.

Brisbane, This Day. The Queensland Commercial Agent in the East reports that five of six new gunboats ordered by China from Japan have been launched. The Chilian and Mexican Governments and the Republic of Columbia are offering great inducements to Japanese to emigrate there, promising them land grants and money bonuses.
