Eadies and Gentlemen.— response to a petition signed by Messrs Frankland, Stiles, Coley, Moore, and forty-seven other electors, I have decided to again offer my services to the ratepayers, and should you do me the honour to elect me, I shall do my best to forward the interests of the Borough.
