Total expenditure all accounts ,£1837 4s gd, leaving a credit balance in the. bank at the end of year of ,£247 14s 7d. Although I have not yet had time to go thoroughly into the matter, I may state that the special rates next year will be reduced considerably, perhaps by one-third.
