A Dramatic Development.

There has been a dramatic development in connection with the Thaw trial.
Mr Jerome, the Public Prosecutor, has suggested that the prisoner’s mental condition should be investigated by a Commission in Lunacy. Mr Justice Fitzgerald, sitting without a jury, will consider the application to-day.
