TAYLOR CARRINGTON CO.
On Thursday night, next, the above popular Company appear at the Public Hall, Foxtou, in the sensational and spectacular drama “Disowned or the of London.” They afe now bringing to an end what is unquestionably a record season for drama in Dunedin. A fortnight or at the most three weeks is the usual limit of a dramatic season in this city, but when the Taylor-Car-rington season terminates on Saturday next, that company will have, played over five weeks here. The Taylor-Carrington Season was originally planned for three weeks only, but its success caused it to be / extended, and that despite the strong -opposition of Williamson’s Comic Opera Co., the BroughFlemming Comedy Co. and West’s Pictures. Dunedin should have Mr Taylor and Miss Carrington’s “ Best Words ” and those favourite artistes ‘may rely confidently upon the continued support of iocal playgoers when they return here next Thursday.
