INSANITARY BUILDINGS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — I regret you did uot publish my letter referring to the number of uninhabitable dwellings in the borough, as I think it is about time the Borough Council took some action in the matter. I would now suggest that the Council request the the health officer to make an inspection of the houses, and report to the Council. Thanking you in anticipation.-—Yours etc., Public Health.
