TONDON WOOD SATES. Dalgety and Company Timited, Wellington, have received the following cable message from their Tondon house, dated the 12th instant: Wool sales opened with a fair selection. There is a large attendance of buyers and competition is animated. Clips offered so far are mostly crossbreds. Merino wools, prices are on the average at par to *4d. higher than closing rates of January series. Fine crossbred wools, prices are on a par with last series closing rates. Medium and coarse crossbred wools, prices are at par to 5 per cent higher. ”
