France will Restore the Nuncio’s Papers. Paris, Feb. 20. M., Picbon, Minister lor Foreign Affairs, has willingly acceded to the request made by. Austro-Hungary (as the Vatican’s representative, since the withdrawal of the Papal Nuncio) that Prance should restore diplomatic documents that were seized when the Nuncio was ordered to leave Paris.
