AN IMMORAL PHOTOGRAPH.
Young Main Heavily Sentenced \V km.ixoton, Yesterday. In the Magistrate’s Court yesterday William West was charged with showing an indecent photograph to a barmaid.
The. MagisTate said he ,would not give accused the option of a hue. Hfe sentenced him to three mo iths’ imprisonment. Leave to appeal was granlt d, and accused was given to next Tue ; day to find the necessary security. He was liberated on bail in two sureties of JESO each.
