Charge of Manslaughter.
Wellington, Yesterday
As the outcome of the accident which occurred in the city on December 17, and which resulted in the death ot Mrs Kensington, who was knocked down by a fire engine, Wm. Stephen O’Brien, deputy superintendent of the Fire Brigade, and Palmer Otto Spry, driver of the engine, were charged at the Police Court to-day with reckless driving, and with the 'manslaughter of Mrs Kensington. After hearing evidence the case was adjourned till Monday.
